Refund, Returns and Complaints

Considering the nature of products we serve, return or refund request would not be honored unless until the  product gets damaged during in transit or delivered a wrong product.If you received a damaged or tampered product please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.

Once we received the order, it cannot be cancelled. If any request comes it is sole direction of Muttige Village Basket to decide to refund or product to be dispatched.

Shipping:

If products get damaged we request the customer to send back the products us to enable refund or exchange.Customer will be responsible for paying for shipping and shipping costs for returning your item but we will reimburse the same.

Wrong Address/PIN code:

In a case of order returned due to a wrong address or wrong pin code , the customer has to pay for re-shipment cost and product cost if product not in usable condition.

Refunds:

Once we receive your item , we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to  the original method of payment.You will receive the credit within 4 to 6 days.

Empty Box Complaint:

To prevent fraudulent activity, we request the customer to open the shipment bag in front of the delivery person. If you noticed any fraudulent activity  or received a damaged or tampered product please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Query  or return/refund request  will not be entertain in a later stage .
